49er Gold Country Victorian

Copper Turret Top and Finial 3-31-07

1st Floor

Six bedrooms (1 is office) and four baths, including the built-out third floor attic.  It is 3,012sf, plus an unfinished room (future home theater) above the garage.

The house was built in 1980 and is constructed of 100% redwood!    The original owners ran out of money after doing the exterior up nice with many patterns of decorative redwood shakes and did not decorate the interior at all.  We have taken on that task!  The house sets way back on 5.83 acres of forested foothill, at from 1,710 to 1,880 feet elevation, overlooking a 10 acre community owned grassy meadow with a creek on the far side.
